Golden Saint Resources (LON:GSR) has clarified that its diamond exporter’s licence is valid for six months.
Previously, the firm had erroneously reported that the licence would last for a year.
The company explained to Proactive how this had been down to an administrative issue and its planned operations in Sierra Leone remain unchanged.
It is anticipated that in the future the export licence will be renewed every six months. The relatively simple renewal process takes just three or four days following the payment of necessary fees, the company added.
